Everything was perfect, well decorated and functional room with a great view of the matterhorn. The location was ideal for getting around, as a train station was walk from the hotel.

Great spot close to a majestic mountain 🏔️. the room was super spacious and had an awesome view of the Matterhorn. I had a really good night's sleep there.

The location of this hotel was perfect because you could catch the ski bus right outside, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our 

Very good and friendly service. Neat hotel and very relaxed, quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Unfortunately the hotel elevator was broken down most of the time during our 4 day visit and one morning there was not hot water. By the time we got back from the slopes in the afternoon, the problem with hot water was mended. I suppose these things just happen at every hotel sometimes. Not a big deal.

Excellent location , South facing room has a view to Matterhorn. The rooms are big and comfortable and well decorated.

The Wi Fi signal strength in the first floor room was very weak and was practically not working.When we called up the reception , it was told that probably my laptop does not work , which was a bit frustrating. I did not have the signal on my iphone or my Laptop . But the signal is good if you come to the reception area.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski bus right outside the ski room. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and even calling electric taxis for us. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and the 

Spa (sauna and bubble-bath) were amazing, not overcrowded Personel was friendly and knowledgable - really nice
