cozy charm with really good spa and helpful staff

We were captivated by the fine Matterhorn views and the cozy charm of our Northern Twin Room.

Very good and friendly service. Neat hotel and very relaxed, quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Unfortunately the hotel elevator was broken down most of the time during our 4 day visit and one morning there was not hot water. By the time we got back from the slopes in the afternoon, the problem with hot water was mended. I suppose these things just happen at every hotel sometimes. Not a big deal.

Twin room was fairly quiet and impressive with views of the matterhorn. Had very central location in front of bridge famous with viewpoint of Matterhorn.

Room featured a spacious layout with an inviting aroma upon entering. Shower provided ample hot water, but adjusting the temperature was tricky. Amazing views of the Matterhorn from the balcony enhanced my stay significantly. Breakfast offered a variety of options but could use more plant-based selections. Reception staff were friendly, but the manager's demeanor felt unwelcoming at times, impacting the atmosphere. Great value for a central hotel filled with good details.

honestly nothing to complain about. fairly clean accommodation, superfriendly staff at the reception desk. spacious hotel unit with balcony and view of the matterhorn. a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating - very useful....

Spa (sauna and bubble-bath) were amazing, not overcrowded Personel was friendly and knowledgable - really nice

Everything was simply well-maintained. Reasonably priced and absolutely fantastic hotel with very hospitable staff at the reception desk;))

Good view from balcony

Excellent location , South facing room has a view to Matterhorn. The rooms are big and comfortable and well decorated.

The Wi Fi signal strength in the first floor room was very weak and was practically not working.When we called up the reception , it was told that probably my laptop does not work , which was a bit frustrating. I did not have the signal on my iphone or my Laptop . But the signal is good if you come to the reception area.

Only the room is clean and the bathroom is big Our room can see the mountain only.

First, the loaction is not near the train station. I need to walk around 15 mins...and difficult to find the hotel. Second, the staff are rude and impolite. When I checked in and inquiried something about the password of the wifi, the staffs are very rude. Although they had lunch on that time, I do not think they can treat the customers like this. It really makes very uncomfortable. Third, after booking the hotel, I receiver the confirmation from the hotel. It mentioned they have a car to take us to the train station if needed. When I requested a car to take us to the train station, the lady ( I think she is manager) said no.....and nothing afterwards...I think she does not want to help. I will not recommed this hotel.

The central location in Zermatt was excellent. We had a great view of the Mattrerhorn from our small deck. The room was very comfrotable and the breakfast was great. The property was clean and well maintained. I felt it was also...
